$5 flat fee below $100
2–4 business days
Malaysia $8 SGD flat rate 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.


🚨 Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe or you encounter issues with your order, please reach out to us at aryangroupintl.sg@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once items have been shipped. This is to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product safety for all our customers.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. EVAGLOW is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
